Before I started my design journey, I was in customer service for 8 years. This experience taught me a lot about being adaptable to people's needs, specialising in the ability to tap into my empathy. This enabled me understand my customers on a deeper level, and give solutions to their problems.
I started at the University of Winchester in 2021, achieving top marks in all my projects and became a Scholar. In 2023, I started a 12-month internship with IBM Design which taught me a tremendous amount about the tech industry, and being a team collaborator.
